If, within 30 calendar days of receiving the translation, transcription or our other services, you are not satisfied with the quality of our work:

1. We are allowed the opportunity to work with you to rectify the situation;

2. In the unlikely event that you are still not satisfied with our services, we will return to you the fees charged, or a portion thereof you believe is fair and reasonable.
